In February 2021, our company shipped a 200-meter heat-resistant conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1600mm to a cement plant in Kenya for the transportation and delivery of cement.

  The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and is vulcanized and bonded together at high temperature. 

  It is suitable for conveying hot coke below 175℃. Cement, slag and hot castings, etc.

  It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C.

Heat-resistant conveyor belt introduction

  In a simple way, to explain the Heat-resistant conveyor belt is to transport some high-stability materials. Generally, the rubber conveyor belt could withstand temperatures up to 200°C, have reasonable configuration, and meet different clients' on-site requirements.

  There are many temperature grades in Heat-resistant conveyor belts, usually over 200°C. According to the ambient temperature, different materials, metallurgy, building construction, and coking will be used. The material of heat-resistant conveyor belts could be divided into silicone, PVC, PU, and other types. They could be made into many other types of rubber conveyor belt products, such as ordinary, plain, pattern, and endless.
