In June 2022, our company shipped a 100-meter nylon conveyor belt with a bandwidth of 1200mm to an aggregate yard in Bhutan for the transportation and delivery of aggregates.

Nylon conveyor belt, the middle canvas is nylon canvas.

1. Nylon fiber materials: Nylon fiber compound is consisted of two monomers, nylon 6 and nylon 6.6. In nylon 6, each unit contains 6 carbon atoms and 2 hydrogen atoms.

In nylon 6.6, there are 6 carbon atoms and 2 hydrogen atoms. Because its different chemical structure, nylon 6 is much stronger than nylon 6 with higher tensile strength and shock absorption capabilities.
